I've noticed that many people are surprised by the costs of wedding photography. So, for those who might not be aware, here's a little note to explain why it's priced the way it is. It's important to understand that it reflects the skill and experience required, the investment in high-quality equipment, the significant time commitment before, during, and after the wedding, the personalized service tailored to each couple, the professionalism and reliability we offer, and the various business expenses involved.

My aim is to document moments in the most organic way possible. Rather than giving rigid posing directions, I prefer to guide you and your loved ones into natural positions where you can relax, hold each other, kiss, and be yourselves. You'll never be left wondering what to do—I’m always there to gently guide you without being overbearing. If you love kissing, hugging, holding hands, looking into each other's eyes, and cuddling, taking photos with me will be a breeze!

When it comes to my editing style, I always aim to primarily keep things as natural as possible, maintaining true-to-life colors in my images. With that being said, I do like to incorporate a few fun edits throughout a gallery when appropriate. Sometimes I feel a pop of color or a bit more contrast suits certain shots better. Lastly, I also always include a handful of edits that resemble film.

I currently only have one medium format film camera that uses 120 film, which I occasionally bring out when I sense a moment that would be beautifully documented with it. However, it's not an integral part of my regular workflow, and I don't use it for every job.

I love when clients bring me a vision board to visually convey the feeling they want captured. It's often easier to express these ideas visually than verbally. While I appreciate and welcome this input, it's important for clients to understand that I have my own unique style and approach. I won't commit to recreating a shot exactly, but I'm excited to use their inspiration to craft something unique and beautiful.

While I appreciate receiving a detailed shot list including family and friends with their relation to the couple, I aim to steer clear of overly specific lists. They can occasionally disrupt the organic flow of the day. Rest assured, I promise to capture key moments such as details, getting-ready moments, first look (if you opt for one), the ceremony, formal portraits, and the reception, allowing them to unfold naturally.

As a wedding photographer, my utmost priority is to capture all the essential moments on your wedding day. However, despite meticulous planning and preparation, I also recognize that each wedding day is a unique experience. The synergy of the day, the spontaneity of moments, and unforeseen circumstances may influence the shots I can capture. Weddings are dynamic and live events, and despite my best efforts, there may be instances where certain shots might be missed due to various factors, such as time constraints, unexpected changes, or limitations in the shooting environment.

I deliver a full wedding gallery within 6-8 weeks after the wedding day (sooner depending on how busy I am). Within 72 hours of your wedding, I send a handful of preview images in black and white to hold you over until the full collection is ready.

On average, I deliver around 100 images per hour of coverage. However, since every wedding celebration is unique and factors like the size of the event and the number of special moments captured vary, I can't guarantee an exact number of images. Rest assured, I strive to deliver a comprehensive collection that beautifully captures the essence of your special day.

If our consultation goes smoothly and we feel a connection and alignment, the booking process is straightforward. To secure your date, I require a 30% retainer fee, with the remaining balance due the week of your wedding.
